Pokémon: Adventures in Johto (Part 1)
3rd Grade and up. Space is very limited.

Is your student looking for a good entry point to join the world of Pokémon adventures? Is your student already a veteran looking to add exotic Pokémon to their collection? Is your student interested in what it takes to raise a family and fight their way to the very top? What type of trainer will your student be?

Join DM James in a great opportunity to have your student discover who they really are and what they can accomplish. The world of Pokémon gives children the opportunity to use leadership skills to harness the power of creatures faster than cars, can cause the weather to change in an instant, and can shoot a flamethrower out of their mouth. Students will develop leadership skills through creating plans, delegating tasks, and being responsible for the entire team.

This is a good entry point for new players, or experienced players who want to catch them all.

4 CLASSES – CLASS TIME 90 MINUTES

This class will use the Roll20 platform. Further instructions on how to make an account and join the campaign will be provided in a confirmation email after you sign-up.

“Pokémon Adventures in” uses Pokérole 2.0, a tabletop role-playing game. Students take the role of Pokémon trainers and interact in a shared, imagined world. Our instructors act as the “Game Master” who facilitates the game by being the one in charge of creating and managing the world, non-player characters, and other things the student’s characters interact with, like Pokémon. When something is about to happen in the story, students roll dice to see if the action is successful or unsuccessful. Through imagination, planning, and a little bit of luck, a magical story comes to life with the students as the main character!

These can be downloaded from the confirmation page and saved for later. They are also located in your confirmation email.
