In-Person Refund Policy: We do not prorate or refund for missed classes. In the event of school closures, refunds/partial credit will not be provided for any program that has already begun – alternative virtual classes may be provided in the event of school closures. No refunds will be issued after the second day of the program.

Virtual Class Refund policy: No refunds are provided for any virtual class after Zoom IDs have been downloaded. We do not prorate or refund for missed classes.

Late Pick Up: ASEP SoCal reserves the right to implement a $20.00 charge for every 15 minutes that the responsible party is late picking up the student mentioned above. ASEP SoCal also reserves the right to withdraw any student from the program without refund, due to tardy pick-ups and/or misbehavior.

Photography: ASEP SoCal reserves the right to use photographs of students taken during program hours for use in marketing collateral and promotion of ASEP SoCal. To opt-out please email info@asepsocal.org with your order number, school name, and student name.
