Thank you for helping make our classes a safe and inviting space for all students!

Be respectful

Be kind and respectful to other students and instructors. No name calling, teasing, or putdowns are allowed. Students who are deemed disrespectful may be removed from the program. 

Keep it fun

Our classes are for having fun! If something is bothering your student make sure they tell an instructor right away and we will help fix the problem.

Follow the rules

During our programs we implement various rules to ensure the safety and enjoyment of students. Our instructors will clearly outline and explain the rules to students during the program, but it requires a collaborative effort from students and instructors to ensure that everyone is participating properly. Some of our core safety rules include the process in which students will check in/out of our programs, handle activity materials, and interact with fellow students. If you or your student has questions about these rules, contact info@asepsocal.org or check with an instructor at your school!

VIrtual Conduct

Keep chat for chatting

Do not use inappropriate language or spam the chat. We like to keep our chat open so students can ask questions. Spamming or rude language will cause chat to be turned off and may result in a student’s suspension from the class.

Be in the zone

Come ready to participate in class. Use a proper setting for learning like a desk, table, or even a comfy couch. Wear appropriate clothing. Students who are not fully clothed will be removed immediately from the call.

Help everyone stay safe

We want to ensure that only the right people are in our classes. Never share your Zoom IDs or URLs with others or post the codes publicly. Parents or students who are found out to be distributing Zoom IDs or URLs will be banned from our classes. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a call if we believe they are there without having first gone through the proper registration process.
