Dungeons & Dragons
Strixhaven: School of Magic (Year Three)
Ages 10-16 only. Space is limited.
Having successfully become the “heroes” on campus, the party has now cemented their position, receiving an invitation to the Magister’s Masquerade. Prepare for one of the most glamorous nights of your life, culminating in the last days of the year during finals! Adventure to the Prismari Campus and locate the Furygale Repository, where failed artistic endeavors go to fade away. It wouldn’t be college without some tests, the subject focus for this year being Arcane History; perhaps visiting the Lorehold Archaeo Memorial Hall is in order. After the incidents with the tainted eldritch balm, more forces make their presence known as the party must now deal with the worst possible outcome, embarrassing yourself with poor dance moves!
This fun and interactive class led by DM James is a great way to enjoy a spin on a classic style Dungeons and Dragons campaign.
This class will use the Roll20 platform. Further instructions on how to make an account and join the campaign will be provided in a confirmation email after you sign-up.
Space is limited. If class is full, please make sure to join the wait list so that we know that there is interest in adding more classes.
Dungeons & Dragons is a tabletop role-playing game. Students take the role of characters and interact in a shared, imagined world. Our instructors act as the “Dungeon Master” who facilitates the game by being the one in charge of creating and managing the world, non-player characters, and other things the student’s characters interact with. When something is about to happen in the story, students roll dice to see if the action is successful or unsuccessful. Through imagination, planning, and a little bit of luck, a magical story comes to life with the students as the main character!
Reminder! Class information PDFs (including Zoom links) will be available on your confirmation page after successfully registering for classes. These can be downloaded from the confirmation page and saved for later. They are also located in your confirmation email. If you lose access to the PDFs please email info@asepsocal.org as soon as possible. Double check that emails from the domain @asepsocal.org are not being blocked or going to your junk folder.
